At the top of your Window, just to the right of the Apple picture, you should see a Citrix Online Plug-In selection. You’ll want to click on that, then select Preferences… from the menu.

That will open a new window, and in the middle of that window, near the top, there is a Devices button that you will need to press.

There should then be a list of “Mapped Drives”. You will want to select “Always” for the Read and Write columns.

Once that is done, you should be able to export the documents to your computer without getting the access denied message. (You might need to exit the online program, and close your internet browser (safari, firefox) for the change to take effect).
