Technical Support

Design Manager, Inc. will offer approximately 10 years of support for its desktop software products from the date of a product’s general availability on the operating system and hardware for which the product has been tested. After this time, only the online knowledge base and self-help support will be available.

Hardware and Operating System Compatibility

Design Manager, Inc. will offer support for newer hardware and operating systems (i.e. new releases of Microsoft Windows) for either a minimum of 5 years from the date of a product’s general availability, or for 2 years after the successor product is released, whichever is longer. For those clients that attempt to run older products on hardware or systems for which they were not designed, you must rely on the online knowledge base and self-help support.
