When printing a document or report if receive the error Crpaige32.dll cannot be found, be sure that your software is up to date first by running a Live Update: File ? Live Update (follow the prompts to update via the Internet). Before running a Live Update, be sure ALL users are out of the program and wait to reopen when the update is complete.

Once the live update is complete - Repair the installation of the program.
To do this:
Close the program and go to Control Panel ? Add/remove Programs (Programs & Features).
Find DMPro7 or DM2011 on the list and click on it. Do not Uninstall, but do click on the link for Support information.
Choose the repair button.
In Vista, Windows 7, or 8, you may not see the support link, but should be able to click on a Repair option at the top of the Programs screen.
