Receiving error 404 when using Mac and Safari to log into the Cloud

If you are receiving error 404 when attempting to log in to, and you are using a Mac (version 10.10.2) with Safari please follow below:

  • In Safari go to Preferences
  • Choose the Privacy tab option
  • Then select Remove all Website Data button
  • Close out of the Preferences window and Quit Safari
  • Reopen Safari and go to and log into the Cloud application.

If you continue to experience errors on the website, it is suggested that you Update your Mac version to the latest version available. To do so, choose the Apple (top left).  Go to the App Store and install any updates available.
