Click File
Click Manage Rules & Alerts
Click New Rule
Click Apply Rule on Messages I Receive (towards the bottom of the list under Start from a Blank Rule)
Do not check anything off and click Next
Click Yes
Check the very first box for move it to the specified folder
Under the Step 2 section, click on the blue highlighted specified word
Go down to public folders and choose Sales Inbox or Support Inbox, Click Ok
Click Next
Don’t check anything off under Exceptions and Click Next again
Click Finish
