How to move use tax from the cash flow financing activities section to the cash used in operations section

Any account found that is associated with a sales tax code is listing under cash from operations on the Cash Flow Statement.  Therefore any account that needs to be listed under operations such as use tax, should have a sales tax code created that designates the account as the tax liability account.  This ?fake? tax code can immediately be made inactive so that it is never used on a project for sales tax.
