This could be caused by heavy Internet traffic, try the Live Update again at a later time. The error could also be caused by settings in Internet Explorer. To change the settings launch Internet Explorer and choose Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. The following 2 flags need to be checked:
- Enable folder view for FTP sites.
- Use Passive FTP.
Should these setting not correct the problem there may be a problem with the Firewall settings or a DNS problem with your network adapter settings. An IT professional may need to be called in to address these issues. A Live Update can be obtained via email or US Mail by calling Design Manager Technical Support.
