The software bypasses the logon screen and automatically says Invalid Password

The product was never registered properly before the data conversion was run. 

To Fix: 

Make sure that a back-up file is created first, run dmbackup.exe directly to make a back-up.

Uninstall the software, delete the entire DM directory.

Re-install the software, open the program and enter the Product Code provided by DM.

Finally run the Live Update and restore from back-up you made.
