Runtime Error 5 when printing from a Mac Computer using Citrix 11.4

When printing from the online program, the most common reason for getting a Run Time Error 5 is due to an invalid paper tray. Typically logging completely out of the online program and back in will correct these issues as the system will re-map the printers and all accessible trays during the startup procedure.  This is also true if changes are made to the local system while logged in (i.e. a printer is added or removed, etc.)

If you are still experiencing the issue when you log back in, you may want to make sure that you are loading the Design Manager recommended Citrix Receiver for the Macintosh computer, which can be found by clicking on the link below.  If you are using version 11.2, 11.3 or 11.4 of the Citrix Receiver, you will want to download the latest version, 11.4.3 or higher attached below.

After installing 11.4.3 it might be necessary for Design Manager Technical Support to reset the user’s profile in order to clear out bad information written by the Mac OS about the printers in order resolve the issue.
