ProCloud Proposal Types and Styles

ProCloud offers 3 additional Proposal Types besides the standard Proposal documents of Residential, Commercial, Modern and with Deposit styles .  Below we list and describe them each.

Specification Sheet: Can be printed to show all of the Specification Attributes and Special Instructions for an Item (entered on the Item - Spec Info tab). Specification Sheets are discussed in more detail in our Manual here.


Example of the Specification Sheet (classic) - Picture size is approximately 3 x 3 inches.


Example of a Modern Specification Sheet - Picture size is approximately 3.5 x 3.5 inches.


Bid Specification:  Show the Quantity, Description, Vendor, and Extended List Price of each Component of an Item.  Bid Specifications are primarily used in commercial Projects where detailed information of all purchasing is required.


Example of the Bid Specification (classic) - Picture size is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 inches.


Example of a Modern Bid Specification - Picture size is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 inches.



Tear Sheets: A way to show a large picture of each individual item with minimal details. This document is available in a Modern style ONLY. The picture size is approximately 6.5 in x 6.5 in.
