Unable to launch Design Manager Cloud - receive an SSL error 47 message (Windows users only)

An issue has been identified with Windows revisions of Citrix Workspace version 1904 and later which can generate a SSL error and prevent the proper launching of Design Manager Cloud. If you have updated your system to this version or later, you will need to login at an updated portal, https://login.designmanager.com

Q: My Design Manager Cloud is working fine, how can I prevent this issue?

A: If you are not receiving an error launching Design Manager, to prevent any future issues, right-click the Citrix Workspace icon in your Desktop Icon Tray. Select Advanced Preferences. On the Advanced Preferences Window, click Citrix Workspace Updates. Then click 'No, don't notify me' and select Save.
