Foreign Characters appearing when typing (Mac users)

Some users have reported having foreign characters appear when typing in Design Manager. This is due to Apple using the Caps Lock button as a language hotkey to switch between languages on your Mac.


Within your desktop, select “Go”

From here, hold down your “alt” key and it will reveal a “Library” option, select and open that folder

You’ll then see a folder called “Application Support”, open that folder.

Find a folder called “Citrix Receiver”, open that folder.

Within that folder there’ll be contents, open the “config” file

Find the entry that shows “KeyboardLayout= (User Profile)”

Change it to “KeyboardLayout=US-International”  - be sure to add no spaces.

Simply close the window and it will save the changes

This should solve the issue entirely, the changes made will force Citrix to use the US keyboard layout only.
