If you already know your password and just want to change it, go to:
Sign in with your current credentials
Click Account Settings on the right dropdown
Enter your current password, choose and confirm a new one.
If you don't know your password and need to reset, with your DM username and email you can trigger a reset from:
Your companies DM Admin can also login and send a password reset email on your behalf.
Browse to and sign in:
Click Reset Password on the user you would like to reset.
The user will receive a password reset email:
Security compliance requires complex passwords, and a lockout policy after only a few incorrect attempts. If you feel you are locked out, you can email for assistance or wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to sign in again.
