Steps to install Zebra
Step 1: Download the latest Zebra software
First, browse to the Zebra website and download the driver. Do not plug in the printer until the driver is installed.
Be sure to select ZDesigner V8 for Windows

Step 2: Install and Configure
- DO NOT plug in the printer via USB until instructed to do so by the Zebra installation.
Double-click on the downloaded Zebra installer
Complete the Zebra installation Wizard.
Next, open the windows control panel and choose Devices and Printers.
Right-click on ZDesigner ZD420-203dpi ZPL, Choose Printing Preferences
Set the Width to 2.252 and hit OK. If you have a custom label size, you may enter the dimensions in this menu.
Step 3: Print a test label
- Open up DM Pro cloud, choose Inventory > Inventory Reports > Stock Item
- Verify the Report Format is the correct dimensions, and your have the ZDesigner ZD420 selected
- Hit OK and you will preview and print your label.
