'Light Mode' is a version of Citrix Workspace that will work in the web browser, without the Citrix Workspace App installed to the device. At this time, the Light Mode is for testing purposes, and most users will want to switch to the traditional Citrix Workspace version.
To switch between 'Light Mode' and 'Traditional Citrix Workspace' please browse to:
https://login.designmanager.com and sign in with your DM username and password.
Click the small gear icon in the upper-right corner and choose Account Settings
Click the option to Change Citrix Workspace App
Click Detect Citrix Workspace App to use the traditional Citrix App version.
Click Use Light Version to use the browser-based html workspace.
Then, return to the https://login.designmanager.com portal and click the DM icon to start the launch process.

First, clear all browser cookies for Designmanager.com

Check any permissions boxes or choose Yes on any windows that pop up
Next, click the DM Pro Cloud icon to launch Design Manager
